¡Holi Preciosidades!

PERDÓN, PERDÓN y mil veces PERDÓN por estar tantísimo tiempo sin poner un post. Estoy de exámenes y me paso casi todo el día estudiando o durmiendo. Durante esta época ser universitario como que no es muy chachi jajaja. Pero no pasa nada, los peores exámenes ya han pasado y no queda nada de nada para disfrutar de la vida otra vez. Aunque si soy sincera, estar de exámenes en el fondo de los fondos es guay jajaja todo el mundo está estresado y, desde mi punto de vista, la gente estresada es bastante graciosa. ¿Y vosotros cómo estáis? ¡Espero que estupendísimamente!

SORRY, SORRY and SORRY for being so long without posting. I have exams right now and I spend all day studying or sleeping. Is not cool being in university during this times… jajajaja. The worst exams have already passed, so I’ll be enjoying life again in a few days. To be honest, it is cool having exams, everybody is so stressed and I think that stressed people is so funny. And how are you doing? I hope you all doing well!

En el post de hoy os traigo un outfit muy casual pero con un toque diferente. La pieza principal que le da carácter al look son estos leggings con estampado de camuflaje. Estos, de talle alto, son estupendos para el invierno, ya que son bastante gruesos y no se pasa nada de frío. Para darle un poco de luz al outfit los he combinado con una sudadera blanca (aunque yo no le llamaría sudadera; sinceramente, no sé ni lo que es, pero en la etiqueta ponía sudadera, así que sudadera).

On today’s post I’ll show you a very casual outfit. The most important piece are the camouflage leggings. They are high-wested and perfect for winter because they are very thick. To give that bright touch I combined them with a white jumper.

Ya que hace frío y tenemos que llevar abrigo, ¿qué mejor que llevar un abrigo bonito? Yo me enamoré de este a finales de verano y unos maravillosos amigos míos me lo regalaron por mi cumple en octubre. En los pies mis queridas botas negras con detalles en plateado. Un bolso en burdeos y unos accesorios en plata para acabar de complementar el look.

As it is so cold and we have to wear a jacket, what it’s better than wearing a nice one? I fell in love with this jacket last summer and my wonderful friends bought it for me as a present for my birthday. On my feet my chunky boots. A bordeux bag and some accessories in silver.

¿Qué tal cosas guapas? Ya nos vamos acostumbrando a la rutina, ¿verdad? A mí me espera un mes horrendo de estudio y exámenes pero, ¿qué más da? La vida es bella y la época de exámenes o se afronta con una sonrisa y organización o morimos en el intento. ¡Si estáis en la misma situación os deseo súper de suerte!

What’s up? Getting used to the routine? This month is going to be awful, I have so many things to study and a lot of exams to do. But, who cares? Life is so beautiful! If you are studying or doing exams as me, good luck!

Hoy os traigo un look muy sencillo pero que siempre funciona para el día a día. Para la parte superior, he optado por una camisa semitransparente blanca con un pattern de mini cruces en color negro. Encima un jersey de punto fino en color gris. Para que esta combinación tan sencilla marque la diferencia, hay que prestar atención a los detalles: abotonarse la camisa hasta arriba, en vez de dejarla abierta; arremangar las mangas dejando ver los puños de la camisa; y que el jersey sea oversized son claves que ayudan a construir el look.

A very simple look today on the blog, simple but effective! On the top a semitransparent white shirt with little crosses on It, above it a grey jersey. The things that make this combination different are the details: the shirt buttoned to the top, the sleeves rolled up and the oversized jersey.

Sin duda lo que hace que el look se vea diferente es el elegir un pantalón de polipiel en lugar de uno vaquero. En el anterior post ya os enseñé unos leggings de polipiel, pero estos son menos brillantes y más sencillos que los anteriores. La otra pieza que resalta es la chupa de cuero, es una de mis prendas favoritas. La chaqueta perfecta para añadir un toque de personalidad.

Another important piece to make this look different is the pair of trousers, instead of jeans I chose black leather trousers. The other important piece is the leather jacket, this is my favorite one!

En los pies, mis botines de tacón preferidos, comodidad asegurada. No nos olvidemos de los pequeños detalles como un par de anillos, reloj y coletero.

¡Holi preciosidades!

¿Qué tal las Navidades? ¿Qué tal año nuevo? ¿Qué tal la vuelta a la rutina? ¡Cuántas preguntas! Yo como siempre os deseo lo mejor y espero que hayáis pasado unas Navidades preciosas. Las vacaciones son una maravilla pero, como todo, se terminan. La verdad es que yo no me puedo quejar con mi vuelta al cole. A pesar de que hoy volvía a la universidad solo tenía dos horas de clase y, para colmo, el profesor nos ha puesto una película. En resumen, lo más traumático de mi vuelta al cole ha sido quitarme el pijama jajaja.

How was your Christmas? And New Year’s Eve? What about coming back to the grind? OMG! There are so many things! As always, I wish you had a wonderful Christmas. Holidays are just amazing but, as everything, they end. I can’t complain about going back to uni, on Thursdays I only have two hours of class and we watch a film today jajaja. In conclusion, the most awful thing for me was taking off my pajamas.

En este primer post del año os quiero presentar a una de mis prendas favoritas. Comodidad, estilo y nada de frío. Así es la prenda estrella de hoy. Ya os estaréis preguntando cuál es la prenda tal misteriosa, pues no es otra que… ¡un poncho! Ya hace un año que lo tengo y sé que le voy a sacar el mismo partido que le saqué el invierno pasado. Cuando me lo compré fue por un venazo, no tenía planeado tener un poncho en mi armario. Pero no me arrepiento nada de haberlo comprado, ya que este invierno es pura tendencia. Hemos visto a esta prenda en la mayoría de los Street styles de las celebrities y yo os animo a que os hagáis con uno.

Let me introduce you to one of my favorite pieces. Comfort, style and no cold. You may be wondering what is this piece… and it’s a cape! It’s been a year since I have it and I can’t take it off!  I bought it because I liked it, but I wasn’t planning to get one. I can’t complain now because it is a must have this winter. All celebrities are rocking ponchos and capes this year.

El poncho que llevo puesto tiene un estampado geométrico en blanco y negro, la forma original es un rectángulo y puesto tiene una caída bastante curiosa. Para que el poncho sea la pieza principal, lo he combinado con prendas de color negro. Cuando vamos vestidos de un mismo color lo mejor es combinar diferentes texturas, por eso he combinado el poncho de punto con un legging de polipiel y unas botas de piel.

The poncho/cape I am wearing has a black and White geometrical pattern on it. To keep the attention on the cape I combined it with black clothes, but to give the perfect effect to it, I combined different textures. The knit poncho and sweater with black leather leggings and chunky boots.

¡Ah! Supongo que ya lo habréis notado… jajaja. Para Patri lo de <<año nuevo, pelo nuevo>> se ha cumplido. Me he hecho flequillo y yo sola en mi casa, ¡locura total! ¿Qué pensáis? ¡A mí me encanta!

¡Holi Preciosidades!

¡Ay que me caigo muerta! QUE ESTAMOS YA DE VACACIONES. Ay Dios mío, que estupendo todo. Como os dije hace un par de posts voy a tener que estudiar estas vacaciones para los exámenes de la universidad, pero antes me pienso tomar unos días de relax. Ya llueven los planes: reencuentros, quedadas, festivales, torradas, etc. ¿No estáis ilusionados?

OMG I am going to die! CHRISTMAS HOLIDAYS! Everything is so wonderful. As I said in a few post back, I’ll spend all holidays studying for university exams. But first, I take some days to myself. I already have a lot of plans! ¿Aren’t you excited?

Este es mi outfit de hoy, una pequeña mezcla de estilos y estampados. Llevo una camiseta en blanco y negro, la mitad superior es de rayas y la inferior lisa en negro.  

This is my outfit of the day, a little mix of styles and patterns. I am wearing a black and white t-shirt, the upper half is striped and the lower half is total black. 

Para no combinarlo con unos simples jeans, he elegido un peto vaquero y he dejado que la parte superior quede colgando para darle un toque más informal. En los pies mi botas tochas con detalles en plateado. Como complementos un sombrerito, una buena chupa de cuero y un bolso en blanco y negro. ¡Ah! ¡Y la melena al viento!

I didn’t want to combine it with a pair of simple jeans, so I chose an overall. I let the upper half hanging to reach a kind of informal look. Don't forget about a chunky leather jacket, your hat and black and withe purse. My pair of chunky boots on my feet and ready to go!

TÉ Y TARDES DE DEBERES

¡Holi Preciosidades!

En el post de hoy me apetece hablaros sobre mi relación con el té. Sí, sí, con el té jajaja. Al principio teníamos una relación de amor-odio bastante curiosa. Yo quería que me gustara, ya que tiene un montón de cualidades que te enriquecen por dentro y te llenan de energía positiva. Pero su sabor me podía, era demasiado fuerte para mí. Al cabo de un tiempo, no sé si porque me obligué a mí misma o qué, pero me acabó encantando. No me puedo separar del té, es un chute de adrenalina para mí. Al cabo del día normalmente me he bebido unos cuatro.

At today’s post I’d like to talk about my relationship with tea. Yes, that’s it, with tea hahaha.  At first we had that kind of love&hate relationship, I wanted to like it, but that flavor was too strong for me. I end up liking it, I don’t know why! And now I can’t live without it, at the end of the day I drink about four teas or so.

Me apetecía hablaros de cuanto me gusta el té porque hoy me espera una tarde de trabajos y deberes muy larga, por lo tanto va a caer un té detrás de otro jajajaja. Y para esta tarde de trabajo nada mejor que algo de ir por casa, algo sencillo pero con un toque chic, porque en cualquier momento nos tocan al timbre y tenemos que salir corriendo por una urgencia (y claro, queremos ir monas por si acaso jajajaja).

I have a lot of homework today so I’ll spend the rest of the day on the desk. So I want something comfy and easy to throw on, but of course, something chic!

He elegido unos leggings en color chocolate (como os comenté en el post de ayer son mis aliados para la comodidad), un jersey oversized de punto en mostaza, un cardigan del mismo estilo en beige y unas calcetas por encima de la rodilla en tonos marrones y rojos con motivos navideños, ¿qué os parecen? ¡A mí me chiflan!

I choose a pair of brown chocolate leggings (as I said yesterday on the blog, leggings are my must have when we are talking about comfort), an oversized mustard sweater, a cardigan with the same style in beige and a pair of brownish and redish stockings with a Christmas pattern on them. What do you think? I love it!

En el pelo algo tan sencillo como un half up-half down para retirarnos en pelo de la cara y que no nos moleste a la hora de escribir. ¡Ah! No os olvidéis de la música, para estudiar no, pero cuando hago trabajos me viene ideal para concentrarme.

A half up-half down for the hair, so it doesn’t bother us while writing. Oh! Don’t forget about music, maybe not for studying, but I love listening to music while doing homework.

¡Por fin miércoles! Ya queda menos y nada para VACACIONES, sí, sí, como suena: VACACIONES. Aunque Patri se vaya a pasar todas las Navidades estudiando, no pasa nada, vacaciones son vacaciones… jajaja. Hoy no me puedo quejar, a pesar de pasarme todo el día en la universidad, no había clase. Hoy era Navidar (sí, con r), una fiesta llena de actividades solidarias. Prácticamente todas eran deportivas, así que hoy os traigo un súper outfit sport. Algo diferente, pero hasta en chándal se tiene que ir divina ¿sabéis?

Yeah it’s Wednesday, what a wonderful thing! It’s almost Christmas holidays, yes, that’s it: HOLIDAYS. Although Patri is going to spend all Christmas holidays studying, I don’t care, holidays are wonderful… hahahaha. But I can’t complain today, even though I have spent all day at university, we had no lessons. It was Navidar today, a Christmas party full of solidarity activities. Most of them where related to sport, so today I’ll show you a super sport outfit. Something different, but even if we are wearing sport clothes we gotta be divas, you know?

Está clarísimo que el principal objetivo es que con todas las prendas que nos pongamos nos podamos mover y sentirnos a gusto. Pues bien, mis aliados perfectos son los leggins, estos son unos básicos negros pero con un pequeño detalle en el lateral que define la figura. Sinceramente suelo llevar camisetas anchas para hacer deporte, ya que es lo que llevo para bailar y con lo que mas cómoda me siento. La camiseta que llevo es en blanco y negro, estilo baseball con las mangas en un color diferente.

Our clear objective is getting comfy clothes, so you can move around without any difficulty. I love wearing leggings for that, the ones I have on are a black pair but with a detail on one leg. Sincerely, I usually wear big comfy t-shirts. Because that’s what I wear for dancing and what I feel most comfortable in. The t-shirt that I am wearing is in black a white, it reminds me of baseball t-shirts.

Ya hace mucho frío, así que no nos podemos olvidar de nuestra sudadera. Yo me mantengo en el color negro, dejando ver un poco de camiseta blanca por debajo. Donde me gusta dar el toque de color es en los zapatos. Calzo unas deportivas de running en un color azul aturquesado con detalles en rosa fucsia. El pelo recogido en una buena trenza ¡y listas para darlo todo!

It is so cold outside, so you can’t forget about your jumper. Mine is black and I let to see the t-shirt underneath. It’s in the sneakers where I like to give that pop of color. The pair I am wearing are running sneakers in a blue turquoisish color with pinky details. Braided hair and ready to give it all!

Nueva rutina en Marilyn's Look

¡Holita preciosides!

Antes de empezar: ¿Qué tal os va? ¿Ilusionados? ¡Es casi NAVIDAD! Sí, me encanta la Navidad. La verdad es que no sé por qué, pero ese ambiente navideño me puede jajaja. ¡Al grano! Este blog era ya muy monótono y NO ME DA LA GANA, así que voy a darle un aire nuevo. ¿Cómo? Pues a partir de ahora voy a publicar TODOS (o casi todos jeje) mis looks diarios. ¿Qué os parece? Porque yo estoy muy ilusionada, ¡plasmaré en mi blog un street style que espero que sirva de inspiración para casi todos mis lectores!

Before starting: How you doing? Are you excited? It’s almost Christmas!! Yeah, I love Christmas. Actually I don’t know why, but I really like all that Christmas stuff hahaha. To the point! I just think that this blog was getting quite boring and I DON’T WANT THAT, so let’s give it some fresh air. ¿How? From today forward I am going to upload ALL (or almost all hehe) my daily looks. What do you think about that? I feel so excited about this, I’ll show in my blog street style that I hope it could be inspiring for all my readers.

Este es mi look, hoy era uno de esos días largos, MUY LARGOS. Con muchas horas de clase y con mucho sueño acumulado jajaja. En días como estos mi prioridad es ir totalmente cómoda. Pero, amigos míos, hoy también quería sentirme… ¿cómo decirlo? Ah, ¡sí! BONITA. Así que en vez de ir a por lo básico, he elaborado un poco más el outfit, pero sin salirme de la línea de comodidad.  

So that’s the look, it was a long, VERY LONG day today. Many hours of class and a lot of sleep accumulated hahaha. My priority for this days is basically feeling comfy. But, pretty ladies, today I was feeling fancy so I wanted to look a little bit more… how can I say it? Oh, yeah! BEAUTIFUL. So I run away from basics and put on a little bit more elaborated outfit, but without forgetting about comfort.

Como veis, he tirado hacia el cuero, uno de mis materiales preferidos. Una chupa con detalles en plateado y entallada al cuerpo, junto con una falda de tubo del mismo material. Para suavizar un poco el outfit, el jersey que he añadido es de un tono nude rosado. Lo que más destaca del jersey es este cuello tan holgado, a mí sinceramente me encanta. Otro de los detalles que hacen que el outfit se vea diferente es que el jersey es muy largo. De esta manera, solo dejamos ver unos dos dedos de la falda. Por último, unas medias negras bien tupidas para no helarnos las piernas y unas botas tochas (¡como a mí me gustan!)

As you see, this look is based on leather, one of my favorite materials. A black leather jacket with some silver details and a matching skirt. To get that kind of relax outfit I put on a nude pinky pullover. The key point of this pullover is its neck, it is so loose and that makes the difference. Another clue fact is the length of the pullover, it is so long and in that way you can only see a little bit of the skirt. Finally, a pair of thick black tights with a pair of chunky boots (my favorite ones!).

Nada especial en el cabello, solo mi típico moñito jajajaja. Un par de complementos y un maquillaje sencillo.

Nothing special for the hair, just my Little bun hahahaha. Some complements and neutral make up.
